Dimension achieves ISO 27001 Certification

For our customers and partners across power, mining, oil and gas, water and other critical industries, this is independent proof that we protect your data to a recognized international standard – not just taking our word for it.

We’re pleased to confirm that Dimension has been awarded ISO 27001 certification, audited by Intercert Inc, accredited by SCC / UAF.

ISO 27001 is one of the world’s most widely recognised standards for managing and protecting sensitive information. It covers everything from how we handle data internally to how we assess risk, respond to incidents, and keep improving our security posture over time. Certification means an independent auditor has reviewed our systems, processes and practices, and confirmed they meet that standard.

The road to certification

We started this project a year ago. Along the way it’s meant new documentation, tighter processes, regular audits, and a level of discipline around information security that’s now built into how we operate day to day. It was a significant undertaking, and one that required commitment and collaboration across the whole business.

The project was led by Craig McInnes, Minchul Shin, Andrew Bowie and Tim Lockie, with contributions from across the wider team through documentation, process changes, and adapting to new ways of working. Thank you to everyone involved.

What this means for you
