Each issue in ICAR is an auditable, managed case. You define the workflow: Assign an owner, create one or multiple corrective actions underneath it, set due dates, establish priority levels, and configure the approvals required for closure. Cases stay open and visible until every action is resolved.

Priority levels or Triggers let teams triage their workload and sequence responses. ICAR dashboards simplify Trigger Action Response Plan (TARP) design and governance. High-priority cases surface at the top. Escalation paths ensure that overdue or unresolved items get to the right people without someone having to manually chase them.

Corrective actions and TARP governance are the heart of ICAR. Each action, trigger, escalation, and response step has a named assignee, due date, and status that updates as work progresses.
